Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Leadenhall Search & Selection is recruiting Managers for a leading provider of business transformation services.

The Role

• Lead or support project teams in the successful delivery of Business Transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their unique business challenges, diagnose root problems, and propose tailored solutions utilizing our resources.
• Utilize your analytical skills to interpret sales and spending trends, effectively managing financial risk and uncovering strategic opportunities.
• Provide top-tier business partnering support, delivering high-quality reports and analyses that drive informed decision-making.
• Play an active role in identifying and supporting business development initiatives, contributing to various aspects of the proposal development process.
• Act as a conduit for thought leadership, sharing insights on current and emerging trends within the finance and technology landscape.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and market innovations, particularly in the areas of digital transformation, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem.

The Person

• A minimum of five years' experience in finance and/or accounting, with a track record of delivering results within professional services environments.
• Exceptional understanding of FP&A functions and proficiency in three-statement financial analysis.
• Proven experience in engagement management, business development, and team leadership.
• Strong preference for candidates with transactional experience, including M&A, divestitures, and scenario modeling.
• Expertise in analytics, forecasting, and finance technologies is highly valued.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday, is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, facilitate key requirement workshops, and effectively communicate with executive-level clients.
