We currently have immediate openings for fire safety directors at a hotel in Staten Island For Monday - Sunday 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am and 7am-3pm on weekends.
Handling the fire panel and addressing any alerts or concerns, taking system offline when required
Writing detailed reports, making log entries and submiting reports through online report system
Performing fire inspection and handling fire drills
Securing the lobby and front desk area and assisting in all other security matters
Greeting guests and directing guests to proper staff when addressed by guests
Supervisng and providing directions to other security staff
Valid NY Security Guard License
Valid F89, T89 cards or Certicate of Completion
Authorized to work in the US
Great customer service attitude
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to handle simple computer and smartphone operations
Must be able to stand for long hours if required
Must be able climb stairs
Basic knowledge of security operations and procedure
