Fitness Coach/ No Sales Required

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Bring the ENERGY and charisma to teaching boot camp classes no matter what time of day. It is critical that you can do this.
• Create and track customized workout sessions for recurring clients (only 1:1 personal training, not classes)
• Sales are NOT required, but is available as an option to earn extra money/commission
  
  

Requirements:

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (such as NASM, ACSM, etc), and CPR and AED certified
• Team Player: works well with colleagues and clients.
• High Performer: Goes the extra mile to provide excellence in service.
• Coachable: Open to constructive feedback.
• Positive, happy approach. Exercise is your passion!
• Really cares about people: remembers names of our clients!
• Exercises consistently and represents the fitness industry, exemplifying the objectives and values of the profession and the organization
• Morning shift (available Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM- 1:00 PM) OR
• Evening shift (available Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM-1:00 PM)
