Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager at Aramark Facilities Management in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations, managing fleet activities, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and optimizing fleet performance on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
- DOT Regulations and Fleet Operations skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Operations Management and Fleet Management
- Proven ability to optimize fleet performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of maintenance scheduling and budgeting
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant certification or degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- Logistics experience
- Mechanically inclined
