What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Administer survey research interviews via telephone on various research projects
• Contact study subjects according to specific study protocols
• Record interview responses accurately on the system using survey software
• Obtain updated address and phone information from respondents
• Perform general study-related activities and clerical tasks
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience
• Skills in Call Center Technologies (Inactive), Clerical I, Communication, Customer Service
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certification in Call Center Technologies
• Additional related work experience in survey research or data collection
