Foodservice Culinary Product Expert

This position will work collaboratively on new product innovation and supporting our commercial foodservice portfolio by conducting product evaluations, understanding, and assessing competitive products, conducting product trainings, understanding our customer target, providing sales team with product focused information, and showcasing our products in application at customer events and tradeshows.

This position will need strong culinary skills along with a deep knowledge and understanding of the commercial foodservice channel. Strong interpersonal skills will be needed to succeed in this role; building strong relationships with cross functional partners to influence and innovate.

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelors or Culinary degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years of work experience; including culinary background and exposure to business practice (product testing, new product development, product sales)
• Must be proficient with computer skills to include PowerPoint and Excel
• Proven track record of effective interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to collaborate, influence and listen - both internally and with our external customer base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
