Summary
The Researcher utilizes databases and additional resources to ensure reported information is accurate and up to date. This role works with a corresponding field team to create a highly effective business environment.
Essential Job Functions
Review outcomes from completed call reports conducted by field team
Conduct investigative work to verify accuracy of identified outcomes from call reports
Utilize databases and additional resources to find supporting documentation that substantiates or updates outcomes
Conduct follow up calls to validate phone numbers and/or schedule appointments for the field team
Act as a support role by being knowledgeable of program-specific initiatives
Conducts specialized research projects as assigned
Log all activity within SalesForce daily
