Summary Of Position
The Foreclosure Team Coordinator role oversees approximately 2-4 direct reports. The team Coordinator is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and the oversight of the non-judicial foreclosure process from referral through sale.
Description Of Duties
Ensure team is maintaining internal SLA’s.
Root cause analysis and problem resolution to eliminate roadblocks that may impede production and/and or quality objectives.
Review and delivery of reporting (i.e. client scorecards, daily production reports, etc.)
Communicating and working with our clients to maintain client customer service and cohesive working relationships.
Implementation of process changes to ensure compliance associated with federal and/or client directives.
Team training, development, and coaching
Experience And Skills
Working knowledge of the Texas and/or Arkansas foreclosure process
Working knowledge of the McCarthy & Holthus, LLP foreclosure processing system
Prior successful leadership within a Texas and/or Arkansas Foreclosure process
Processing knowledge of various servicer foreclosure processing systems
Knowledge of Texas and/or Arkansas foreclosure documents
Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to change.
Demonstrated ability of issue identification and successful problem resolution
Working knowledge of business workflow and general processes
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Exceptional communication skills.
Timeline management
Succeeds in working in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment
WORK SCHEDULE: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
