Foreign Exchange and Money Market Operations (Lead Analyst or Manager)

Responsibilities

• Process Commercial Paper (CP) and Certificate of Deposit (CD) issuance and rate reset. Monitor CP and CD issuance.

• Action forex trades including using CLS system for settlements. Monitor and reconcile CLS matching. Prepare or check CLS net payments. Process Non-CLS trades by confirming with counter-parties per trade.

• Process money market and foreign exchange trades (FXSpot, FXForward, FXSwap, Non-Deliverable Forward (NDF), and option). Confirm trades against broker and counterparty confirmations (SWIFT MT320, MT300, and MT304) as well as maintain and track trade confirmation status in the Calypso system.

• Prepare or check daily USD and currency positions and report them to all relevant areas.

• Verify and process brokerage fees.

• Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and additional functions and tasks may be added or removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management.

Skills & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: 2-6 years of relevant work experience.

• Manager level: Proficient in SWIFT messaging especially in MT202, MT202cov, MT103, and MT210. Must also be able to input the above messages in the proper SWIFT format.

• Experience in Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) rate CP or CD issuance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products.

• Must be versatile, able to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team.

• Ability to deliver practical solutions in a demanding high-pressure environment.

• Job title is dependent on experience.

• Flexible to work beyond regular office hours at times based on business needs.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $60K - $95K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
