Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
We are seeking a motivated, scrappy, and experienced Head of Growth Strategy & GTM to help us take our Enterprise Workflow Automation platform to the world. As the first GTM hire, you will be presented with a limitless opportunity to shape the business alongside the founders and a talented group of engineers and product designers.

Clarative helps organizations create custom AI helpers for any role, based on the data and information they need for their work. Our AI-readiness platform helps teams like procurement, supply chain, marketing, and analytics prepare their enterprise data for use with advanced generative AI, regardless of where it lives. Clarative’s suite of AI Coworker modules can be used from data discovery, analysis, and investigation to automated workflows, data pulls, and reporting.

If any of these challenges excite to you, you may be a great fit. You will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of our go-to-market, working directly with the founders and CEO. We are looking for energetic self-starters that gain momentum as they break through walls.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Market Definition: You’ll analyze markets and the potential application space, building strategy plans and executing upon them.
  • Customer Outreach: You’ll leverage your network and ours to source customer introductions and prospective partners.
  • Customer Discovery: You will head up customer discovery with the CEO, working directly with the Product Design team and CTO to shape product requirements in response to market signal.
  • Pipeline Generation: You will grow and ultimately own the sales pipeline, generating and maintaining our sales assets, case studies, munitions, and demos.
  • Customer Success & Product Definition: You’ll partner with our Customer Success and Product Design team during the pilot definition period to define requirements and manage transition to long-term contracts.
  • Company Building and Misc.: You’ll help grow and manage the early GTM team as well as plug in wherever required to push the business forward. We all wear many hats and no one sits idly by to “watch the fire.”

Who You Are

  • You have Bachelors degree from a top-tier university, ideally with business background (MBA preferred; basic coding familiarity a plus)
  • You have 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, SaaS/ solutions sales, or as a Deployment Strategist (experience at an early-stage, venture-backed company, e.g.
  • You’ve sold enterprise SaaS and/ or have experience navigating the process (pref. experience selling and delivering products in new or early-stage markets)
  • You have a strong network and aren’t afraid to leverage it
  • You are hungry with have a natural bias for action & prefer to ask for forgiveness instead of permission
  • You have a customer-first and learner’s mindset, and value teaching others.
  • You are not afraid to look beyond what is right in front of you. You challenge assumptions, prioritize speed over perfection.
  • You enjoy building, but you also anchor on outcomes and have good intuition around which corners are worth cutting and which aren’t.
  • You run towards the fire.
  • You’re a clear and concise communicator; you enjoy the challenge of explaining complicated ideas in simple terms, both in-person and in writing.
