Freelance Creative Director

Magnet Media is seeking an experienced Creative Director/Development Producer to provide our Production team with an experienced team member who thrives on developing and pitching incredible content while providing guidance and ideas to other team members. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of projects visually while meeting client expectations and business goals in order to drive theirs and our sustainable growth.

You Will

• Develop and produce creative concepts and strategies based on the unique needs of each client and project, and be able to articulate these in a concise, exciting manner.
• Develop copy, graphics, and pitch materials for our clients based on extensive research and industry knowledge
• Understand client's business and value in order to fully explain benefits for audience
• Serve as final check-point for team's projects from a creative standpoint to ensure Magnet's creative consistency and standard
  
  

You Have

• Proven experience as a creative director/producer for 5-7 years
• Experience with multiple styles of productions including television, micro-docs and social media content
• Hands-on experience in creative process, production, social media, project management, marketing and brand development
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry
• Outstanding leadership and organization skills
• Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
