Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Freelance Management Consultant at Domont Consulting. The Consultant will be involved in providing management consulting services. The Consultant should be an expert in at least one of these areas:

1. Corporate/Business Strategy and Strategic Planning
2. Operating Model and Organization Design
3. Program, Project and Change Management
4. Digital Transformation and IT Strategy
5. Human Resources & Talent Management
6. Mergers and Acquisitions
7. Post Merger Integration
8. Sales, Marketing & Communication Strategy
9. Leadership Development
10. Business Plan and Entrepreneurship
11. Risk Management
12. Supply Chain Strategy
13. Financial Modeling, Planning & Analysis
14. Customer Experience and Design Thinking
15. Lean 6 Sigma
16. Data Analytics and AI Strategy

Qualifications and Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business
• A successful experience with one of the top 10 management consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Deloitte, BCG) or one of the top 3 investment banks (e.g., J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley).
• Great Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Management Consulting services
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
