Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Freelance Photographer at Homestream, Inc. The Freelance Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs of properties for real estate listings. The role involves photographing both interior and exterior spaces, ensuring proper lighting and composition, and editing the photos to enhance their visual appeal. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in and around the Tenafly, NJ area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and exposure
• Experience in real estate photography
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Own photography equipment, including a professional camera and lenses
• Prior experience with architectural or interior photography is a plus
• Flexible schedule to accommodate property photography sessions
