Responsibilities
Lead Training Initiatives:
Spearhead the training of client teams on essential Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques
Develop and deliver customized training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of client personnel (i.e. Kaizens, Yellow Belt Certification, etc)
Guidance on Data Collection:
Guide and oversee strategic data collection efforts to identify areas for process improvement
Utilize advanced statistical methods to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Comprehensive Process Analysis:
Conduct thorough and comprehensive process analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with client teams to ensure a deep understanding of their unique processes and challenges
Collaborative Implementation:
Collaborate closely with client cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven process improvements
Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within client organizations
Project Leadership and Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including process maps, charts, and performance metrics
Lead multiple / integrated projects and ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals and milestones with client project teams, decision makers, and Inspirus team members
Qualifications/ Requirements
Five or more years proven experience as a Lean Consultant or Six Sigma Black Belt with a successful track record of leading and implementing process improvements. Will also consider a Six Sigma Greenbelt with expert data analytical skills and experience
College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or other related fields
In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels of an organization
Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt are required
Three to five years or more previous consulting experience, preferably in a client-facing role, is highly desirable
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Minitab, JMP Statistical software, PowerBi, and advanced Excel skills.
Five or more years experience proven track record of delivering significant business impact through process improvement initiatives with demonstrated achievements in cost reduction, cycle time reduction, quality improvement, and measurable ROI initiatives.
