Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for daily tasks such as freight brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate transportation operations.
Qualifications
Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
Customer service and Account Management skills
Dispatching skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Must have a book of business from Seattle/Tacoma ports.
