Job Description: As a Front Desk Receptionist at Initial Communications, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and Greet: Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and employees as they arrive at the office, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Answer and Direct Calls: Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed.
  • Manage Reception Area: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the company.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing mail, coordinating shipments, and assisting with general office tasks.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries and requests from clients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, striving to exceed their expectations.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
