Key Responsibilities:
- Front-End Development: Implement user interfaces using React to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Back-End Development: Develop and maintain back-end services using Python and Django, ensuring robust and scalable server-side logic.
- Database Management: Work with PostgreSQL to design, develop, and optimize database queries and structures.
- Feature Implementation: Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features from the ground up, ensuring integration across the front-end and back-end.
- Code Optimization: Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.
- Collaborative Development: Participate in code reviews and work closely with other developers to maintain high code quality and best practices.
- Educational Background: No formal education experience required. We prefer candidates who have a strong background in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in React, Python, and Django. Familiarity with PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Full Stack Skills: Capable of developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-Motivated: Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Based in NYC (preferred but not required).
