Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
We are product-obsessed. Everything we create needs to be better than any existing version of it on the market - and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that standard is upheld.
Manage the end-to-end development process of significant product features, including frontend, backend, architecture, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
Participate in all stages of product development, from ideation to launch
Shape the ethos, principles, and methodologies of an expanding engineering department
Guide and support junior engineers in their professional growth
Engage with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and release new product functionalities and user experiences
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in both BE and FE stack is a MUST
Proven history of delivering outstanding products and features for large-scale use
