About This Position

As a full stack engineer, you'll build exceptional experiences for our customers. We're a small team, and you'll be foundational to the success of the engineering team at Carma.

In This Role, You'll Drive The Following Key Outcomes

Outcome #1: Deliver software that creates a delightful customer experience.

  • Design and build frontend and backend software.
  • Navigate the full software development lifecycle, encompassing implementation, testing, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to advance our product and engineering goals.
  • Iterate on our engineering infrastructure.

Outcome #2: Foster company and team growth.

  • Refine our recruiting process and conduct technical interviews.
  • Offer mentorship and support to fellow team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

About You

  • Have significant experience building and shipping high-quality products.
  • Are able to take ownership of ambiguous business challenges and transform them into tangible product features.
  • Possess a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals.
  • Communicate efficiently.
  • Have an iterative mindset: Eager to tackle challenges and continuously improve our technical systems.
