Position Title: Fund Controller (Investments)
Industry: Real Estate Investment
Location: Downtown Boston (hybrid schedule)
Compensation: $150-175K + bonus (fully paid benefits)
- This role will over see 2-3 direct reports.
- Looking for candidates with solid public accounting experience and real estate / investment experience.
- Ideally someone with 8+ years and management experience.
- CPA preferred
About the role:
- Fund accounting for a portfolio of clients/assets
- Oversee team of portfolio accountants
- Ensure GAAP compliance
- Liaise with finance, IR, corporate accounting, acquisitions, valuations and operations teams
- Income allocations
- Capital calls
- Process improvements
- Audit support
