Job Summary

Qlarant is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GA Quality Assessor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and quality that Qlarant is known for. As a GA Quality Assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the quality of services and processes within the organization. This position is home-based in Georgia, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely, with travel requirements up to 25% to meet with teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing quality assurance strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting regular assessments, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with various service providers to enhance overall quality. You will also be tasked with staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. With a job duration of regular/at-will employment, this position offers a competitive annual salary starting at $25,000, with a per diem for travel-related expenses. Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
  • Experience in conducting quality assessments and audits
  • Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with intellectual and developmental disabilities services is preferred
  • Experience with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience with travel and on-site assessments
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members on quality standards and best practices
