Base pay range
$75,000.00/hr - $95,000.00/hr
Remote - This position is fully remote but limited to applicants residing in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop game mechanics, systems, and features specific to the project.

- Create detailed design documentation and prototypes to communicate ideas and concepts.
- Balance and tweak gameplay based on feedback and testing to ensure an engaging player experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to game design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in game design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in game design tools and software (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
