Amélie Specialized Aesthetics is a modern and body-positive med spa servicing the Portland Metro and Vancouver Washington areas. We’re in the business of helping people look and feel like the best version of themselves. Our growing med spa is seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager to lead our two locations.

Who will be successful in this role?

You are the definition of a business leader, not just a manager. You will not only lead the day-to-day operations of both locations, but will work to motivate the Team and contribute to the continued success of the Company.  You take pride in your work and believe in our customer focused mission. You understand that details matter and businesses cannot grow without a successful operational foundation. You love doing a mix of work where you might create a staffing model or review a budget in Excel, but then jump to leading a productive and motivating staff meeting. The ideal candidate is decisive, hungry, and motivated to succeed. You don’t see problems, you see solutions we haven’t found yet. You will be a key leader within the Company and the staff will go to you for questions, advice and support. You communicate well and value creating systems that allow staff to thrive.  No two days will look the same and you are comfortable working in multiple locations.  As the General Manager of Amelie, you see major growth potential in our industry and our brand and want to be an integral part of our future.
