The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing staff, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly, and identifying areas for improvement. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise staff
  • Responsible for P&L
  • Ensure that all processes are running smoothly
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources appropriately
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or we will consider relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a general/operations management role with P&L responsibility and growing a business
  • Experience working in a technical or engineering environment
  • Experience working for a service driven company
  • Sales/BD experience and or understanding, as there is daily customer interfacing
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (i.e., OSHA) and compliance
