InfraHire is looking for a General Manager in Easton, MD/ Cambridge, MD.

Job Description

The General Manager position requires a highly motivated individual with a bright personality who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • The General Manager (GM) is accountable for the upkeep and presentation of both customer-facing and internal facilities.
  • They oversee the maintenance and safety protocols for the car wash site and equipment.
  • The GM ensures the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists by assigning tasks to additional on-site leadership (Team Leads).
  • Supervising cash handling procedures, the GM is responsible for transporting and making deposits to the bank.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience during the car wash process, addressing challenges in a high-paced environment.
  • Lead and supervise a team of around 10 or more members, offering insights into processes.
  • Take charge of enhancing product knowledge within the organization and fostering a culture of ongoing training for our team members.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 2+ years of experience. Previous involvement in hiring, managing, and developing employees is essential.
  • Exposure to retail management in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Car Wash Industry: Preferred 2 years of experience.
  • Mechanical Background: Not required, but applicable.
