We’re hiring General Managers for a fast-food franchise in Northeast Ohio. Salary starts around $60,000, based on experience it can go higher.

Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Operations Management: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training and Development: Train new team members on policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team performance.
- Customer Service: Always ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Financial Management: Assist in managing financial aspects of the restaurant, including cash handling, sales tracking, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure adherence to McDonald's standards. Take proactive measures to address any issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Assistant Managers to achieve restaurant goals and objectives. Foster teamwork and effective communication among staff members.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- High school diploma/GED is required.
