Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at North American Stamping Group located in Portland, TN. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, developing strategic plans, ensuring quality and efficiency in production, and maintaining customer relationships. The General Manager will also be responsible for financial management, optimizing performance, and implementing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen and budget management experience
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
