Overview:

The General Manager will report directly to the CEO and/or regional VP. Be responsible for daily operations, implementation of policy, short- and long-term planning, tracking and affecting P&L, and building a team to meet the goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel as needed to support the position
• Managing day-to -day Operations
• Attend Operational Status Meetings
• Delegating roles and responsibilities to teams
• Driving performance towards business goals
• Tracking and assessing performance of teams
• Managing timelines for delivery of duties
• Assist with developing and monitoring budgets
• Enforcing business policies, procedures and process
• Ensuring adherence to administrative guidelines
• Resolving external and internal conflicts
• Monitoring market and industry trends
• Developing and implementing strategies
• Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Analyzing data and performance metrics

Experience and Skill Requirements

Experience leading a diverse team of employees in the fire protection or related market. Team leader with a get it done attitude. Emphasis on efficient process and customer satisfaction.
