Nebius AI is an AI cloud platform with one of the largest GPU capacities in Europe. The role

The demand for inference services is rapidly increasing and is expected to grow 100-fold over the next several years. A significant portion of this demand will be driven by open-source models. As a cloud provider, Nebius must establish a strong presence in this market by offering access to popular open-source models via APIs. Our ultimate goal is to position our platform as the market leader in providing access to these models, capitalizing on the growing demand for inference services.

We are looking for a General Manager to spearhead the growth of our LLM inference platform. You will be responsible for creating and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, defining the pricing model, leading marketing and sales initiatives, and working closely with the platform team to ensure our product meets market demands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Business ownership, product strategy development:
• GTM strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy from the ground up, targeting key market segments and ensuring rapid adoption.
• Pricing strategy: Define and continually optimize the pricing model to ensure competitiveness and profitability while meeting market demands.
• Product requirements: Define and prioritize customer segments, product requirements to ensure the platform meets the needs and differentiates from competitors.
• Competitive analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Marketing and Sales leadership:
• Marketing initiatives: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads (can leverage shared resources of Nebius team).
• Sales efforts: Drive sales strategies and efforts, including developing relationships with key customers and partners, and building channels.
• Product and market requirements:
• Collaboration with the platform team: Work closely with the platform team responsible for the foundation services to ensure seamless integration and alignment with product goals.
• Seeking for synergies with other components of Nebius portfolio and with the entire cloud platform.

We expect you to have:

• Proven track record in a leadership role within a technology-driven organization, preferably in the AI/ML or cloud services industry.
• Experience in developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies and revenue models, particularly in a SaaS or API-driven business.
• Ability to define product requirements and work closely with technical teams.
• Passion for AI, ML and LLM technologies.
