Step into a leadership role at Bourbon Steak, the premier dining destination at The Seagate Resort. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will orchestrate the seamless operation of our exquisite restaurant, overseeing all management staff and driving excellence in sales, service, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will shape the guest experience and ensure the highest standards in food quality, sanitation, and overall ambiance.

  • Implement management philosophies and policies with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with business partners.

  • Lead with a commitment to high service standards, aligning with prestigious accreditation sources.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of P&L and GL, identify improvement areas, and complete monthly reviews.
  • Develop, present, and manage the annual budget, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial goals.
  • Prepare for and conduct daily meetings, hold staff accountable, and drive operational excellence.
  • Update and implement sales and marketing plans, collaborate with the Mina Group Marketing team, and manage promotional activities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for PR events, coordinating and representing Bourbon Steak at all related activities.
  • Manage communication with business partners, ensuring timely and effective information exchange.
  • Oversee all comp approvals, enforce comp procedures, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage the AGM and other managers, handle disciplinary actions, and participate in recruiting and retention efforts.
  • Ensure regular WMMs with accurate updates, task assignments, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy, security, and budget compliance.
  • Approve purchases and verify receipt and cost accuracy.
  • Lead the Management Staff, ensuring that service standards are on par with all outside accreditation sources: including but not limited to Zagat, Gayot, Forbes, AAA, Wine Spectator, and Michelin star establishments, and in keeping with the service foundation and philosophy established at Bourbon Steak.
  • Supervise all FOH management duties and ensure effective execution.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with corporate teams.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly, with follow-ups and tracking for continuous improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capability to work in various temperature conditions and environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of combined management and service experience in a fine dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with accounting software, POS systems, and payroll/HRIS systems.
