ALM is expanding. We are looking to hire GM / Operating Partner to join our team. We are looking to hire an individual with at least 5 years experience as a General Manager. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of fixed operations and variable sales. 

 

Must be a servant leader that understands the importance of training and holding their team accountable. Forecasting is required and the individual must be able to attain the forecasted goals. 

 

Our team members are self-starters and have a deep understanding of the markets the dealerships are located in. 

 

 Role Description:

 

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Atlanta, GA.

As a General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the dealership, manage and mentor the sales & service team, establish and maintain customer relationships, and work closely with the executive team to develop and implement the plans. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in the automotive industry.

 

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced General Manager who will be responsible for the dealership's sales objectives, goals, and overall customer satisfaction. To accomplish this, the manager must effectively manage the sales personnel, sales, finance, service & parts managers, and understand the sales & service department's financial data.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management

- Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales

- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits

- Work with each salesperson & manager to work on specific goals and objectives

- Create a positive sales culture and a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention

- Conduct Sales meetings

- Maintain a balanced inventory in new and used sales

- Collaborate with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy to meet dealership sales goals
