Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

```Responsibilities```
- Oversee all aspects of the centers operations- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction through top coaching and lobby experiences in center for the KidStrong families - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Maintain a clean and safe working environment- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably - Strong knowledge of working with kids, membership sales, how to coach and lead others - Familiarity with POS systems and other schedule management software- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong leadership and supervisory skills- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
