About the Role 📖
This is an exciting role that sits within our global professional services team, and entails collaborating with our clients to create compelling B2B gifting strategies, and managing the procurement and fulfilment of their orders.
Key responsibilities include:
Creative campaign ideation & execution - strategy on how to advise customers on what bundle/gifting ideas would be useful for their demographic & audience to maximize their impact &
ROI.Project Management - procurement & sourcing of customer requests at a global scale and logistics oversight to ensure everything delivers on time and all milestones are being
hit.Customer service - working in partnership with the CS team to ensure customers receive excellent service to help drive reten
tion.Vendor relationships - partnering with our vendors and agencies to collaborate on the best path forward for the customer.
About You 👍
The successful candidate will have:
1-2 years professional experience.
Creativity (campaign ideation).
Procurement/sourcing.
Project Management & organization.
Process driven.Logistics coordination, especially when it comes to global campaigns.
Merchandise / products knowledge.
Crisis management / Solutions-oriented.
Startup experience (tech/Saas preferred) - ability to wear multiple hats and get tasks accomplished.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
