Arxada is seeking a Global Employee Benefits and Wellbeing Program Manager accountable for the delivery of comprehensive employee benefit and wellbeing programs across the Americas, APAC, and EMEAI regions in partnership with internal stakeholders. The role requires employing a cross-functional task force approach to administer and manage employee benefit programs, continually identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain the lifecycle of benefits, including managing any annual enrollment periods and renewals. Key responsibilities:
- Implement global benefit and wellbeing programs and policies inclusive of strategic design, framework development, and market intelligence.
- Drive execution of global benefit and wellbeing programs to ensure alignment with company’s goals, initiatives, and budget.
- Achieve material improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of core processes to transition to a sustainable global benefits function.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of programs, policies and guidelines to ensure they are market competitive, cost effective, and aligned with corporate goals.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees on benefit programs and value of offerings, including leading employee presentations during Open Enrollment and other education initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing employee benefits programs across various countries to evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of current benefit offerings.
- Manage day-to-day administration for full lifecycle of employee benefits programs, including active and retiree health insurance, retirement plans (pension, RRSP, 401k), and other fringe benefits.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and automate payment methods when possible.
- Provide consultative support to employees and managers on absence management to support a strong culture of connection and empathy.
- Stay current on legislative changes and industry trends related to employee benefits, ensuring the company's benefits programs remain compliant.
- Assists third-party administrators and auditors in completing compliance testing and plan audits.
- Documents and maintains administrative procedures and plan documents.
- Manage and escalate complex cases appropriately for guidance by using sound judgment.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information, protects the assets of the Company, reports non-compliance and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, company policies, and procedures.
