Role purpose/Objective :


The GRAITEC Group Digital Director plays a pivotal role within the organization by overseeing and managing its comprehensive digital strategy and initiatives, particularly in the context of B2B (Business-to-Business) operations.

As a software company, this position is integral to not only ensuring that GRAITEC remains competitive and relevant in an increasingly digital world but also to strategically promoting our proprietary software solutions. The Digital Director is responsible for driving digital transformation, optimizing digital channels, and enhancing customer engagement, streamlining operations, and boosting the visibility and adoption of GRAITEC’s software products across the market. This role requires a deep understanding of both the software industry and the unique demands of B2B environments, ensuring that our digital efforts align with business goals and customer needs.

The GRAITEC group Digital Director also focuses on leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions that drive business growth. The Digital Director ensures that the organization's digital presence, from websites to social media (Youtube) and online marketing campaigns, is aligned with the overall business objectives and meets the unique demands of B2B clients.


Key Responsibilities/Role of a Digital Director


1. Strategic Leadership

  • Guide the digital transformation efforts across the organization, ensuring the integration of digital tools, platforms, and processes.

2. Team Management

  • Lead and manage digital teams, including web designers, content creators, and digital media specialist.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and at country level with local marketing teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across different markets.


3. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee Comprehensive Digital Marketing Efforts
  • Manage and coordinate all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives


  • Implementation of 360° Marketing Campaigns
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 360° marketing campaigns that integrate all digital channels for a cohesive and comprehensive brand presence. This includes synchronizing online and offline marketing efforts to maximize reach and impact.


  • Collaboration with Countries and Commercial Divisions
  • Work closely with international teams and commercial divisions to adapt and implement global digital marketing strategies locally. Ensure that campaigns are tailored to regional markets while maintaining brand consistency.


  • Special Focus: Implementing 360° Digital Campaigns to Better Promote GRAITEC Software Solutions (Awareness and Performance) in Collaboration with Product Marketing Teams


  • Agency Management
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, overseeing their performance and ensuring that they meet defined KPIs. Provide strategic direction to agencies, ensuring that their efforts are in line with the broader digital marketing strategy. Regularly review agency performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.


  • Performance Analysis
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies, in collaboration with the CRM team. This involves regular tracking of key metrics, conducting A/B testing, and making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal campaign performance and RO.


4. Technology Integration

  • Collaborate with Digital Tech Director to ensure digital tools and platforms are secure and up-to-date.
  • Deploy an efficient e commerce strategy.


5. Website improvement & User Experience (UX)

  • Create global digital campaigns across all our sites, involving the creation of digital content.
  • Optimize the digital customer journey, ensuring that all digital touchpoints provide a seamless and positive experience.
  • Use data analytics to understand customer behavior and improve digital interfaces accordingly.


6. Budget Management

  • Manage the digital budget at corporate level and collaborate with countries in Europe and Namer, allocating resources effectively to various projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure that digital investments deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).


7. Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate digital strategies and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure digital initiatives are integrated across the organization.

8. AUTODESK partnership and collaboration

  • Collaborate with our main partner AUTODESK to establish an effective and fruitful relationship with the ambition of developing joint campaigns and managing the funds received from AUTODESK.

9. Compliance and Security

  • Ensure that all digital activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, particularly concerning data privacy and security.


Required Experience:

- Over 10 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth at both local and global levels.


- Proven ability to craft and oversee 360° digital (SEM/SOCIAL MEDIA) campaigns that align with corporate goals while allowing for local customization to meet regional needs.


- Website Strategy and Optimization

Expertise in developing and executing strategies to optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates to achieve business objectives.


- SEO and Content Management

Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices to ensure the website is search-friendly and content is relevant, engaging, and up-to-date.


- Web Analytics and Performance Tracking to make Data-Driven Decision Making

Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decisions.


- User Experience (UX) Design

Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly website interfaces that enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction.


- Leadership and Team Management

Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, with direct authority over local marketing managers across various regions.


- Budget Management and Resource Allocation

Proven ability to manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring that local managers have the resources they need to execute successful campaigns.

Required Skills, abilities & Qualifications:


- Mandatory high-level English proficiency

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital strategy.

- Leadership and Team Management (extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, with direct authority over local marketing managers across various regions).
