Our client, a Global Pioneering B2B Supplement Company at the forefront of dietary and health supplement innovation, is seeking a Global Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications to lead their expanding international team.

They are currently undergoing a major transformation, and their goal is to grow 5x in the next five years and become a leader in the supplement industry. They are committed to innovation, value-driven solutions, and expanding their global presence.


They are looking for a Global Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications to lead their marketing efforts across all product lines and key regions (Australia, North and South America, Europe, South and East Asia). This role will drive the development and execution of global marketing strategies, corporate communications, and branding initiatives to elevate their position as an industry leader.


Primary Responsibilities & Key Duties:

Global Brand Strategy and Positioning:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive global brand strategy that positions the company as an innovator in the dietary supplement space.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual branding across all regions and channels (online and offline).
  • Lead global marketing initiatives that support corporate growth objectives, focusing on brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Corporate Communications:

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to align with the company’s vision, mission, and transformation goals.
  • Manage media relations, including the creation of press releases, corporate announcements, and acting as a spokesperson at key events.

Content Development and Digital Marketing:

  • Spearhead the development of content marketing strategies, including thought leadership articles and white papers that highlight our expertise and innovations.
  • Drive the company's digital marketing efforts and track performance, including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Oversee website content management and optimization for lead generation and SEO performance.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to ensure alignment between product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and other senior leaders to support the company's long-term business objectives through strategic marketing initiatives.

Event Management and Industry Engagement:

  • Collaborate with Product Lines to plan and manage participation in global industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Develop strategies to elevate our presence and thought leadership in the industry by participating in speaking engagements, panel discussions, and industry publications.

Data-Driven Marketing and Reporting:

  • Utilize data and analytics to continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies, measuring the success of campaigns through metrics like ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for all marketing and communication activities, regularly reporting to senior leadership on progress and results.

Employer Branding and Internal Communication:

  • Collaborate with Human Resources to enhance our employer brand, ensuring that internal communications align with the company’s culture and business transformation goals.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives, internal newsletters, and leadership communication strategies to foster a cohesive and aligned corporate culture.


Qualifications & Skills:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role, preferably in the health, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with project management tools to oversee global campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of managing and mentoring diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global environments, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

  • Innovative thinker with the ability to connect creative marketing strategies to business objectives.
