About This Team

Global Brand Creative is responsible for elevating the brand in a way that drives an inspired understanding of the stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon. The Global Brand Studio is a team of visual educators for product fit, function, and fashion. We integrate brand creative strategies with product vision. We deliver best-in-industry studio imagery that meets global creative and commercial objectives. We lead the use of product as a tool to educate and inspire our guest.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Be a primary conduit between our studio and cross-functional partners who enhances the efficiency and agility of the studio teams. Drive communication and functional alignment around PDP image feedback, reshoots and rush processing requests.
  • Partner with the IT Distribution team to administer the Global Product Flow tool, including daily upkeep and ongoing troubleshooting. Maintain this critical tool as the primary resource for shoot planning, prioritization, and delivery timelines. Update based on Power BI (Anaplan) changes.
  • Own the administration and reporting necessary for successful ecommerce operations, including Image Status Lists, Strat Sales buyer documentation, and capsule/seasonal reports. Ensure timely, clear communication between cross-functional teams to meet ever-changing drop week deadlines.
  • Support business objectives by ensuring that product is shot, and imagery is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Manage the scheduling and planning of quarterly sample exit strategy, including booking support, sending invites and high-level oversight of sample sales.
  • Partner with styling, and studio merchandise team to ensure seasonal sample orders stay within budget while considering space restrictions. Process all sample invoices from factory vendors.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of production, operations, and technology experience
  • Background in retail or product merchandising is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel a requirement, in addition to proficient use of MS Outlook, PowerBI, SharePoint and Smartsheet

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $63,900 - $83,900 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
