About The Role

With an incoming new CEO and new approach to holistically owned brand and growth marketing under the Chief Marketing Officer, Bumble, Inc. is searching for a seasoned, results-driven, growth-minded and creative senior marketing leader who represents Bumble’s values to consolidate a global, full-funnel marketing organization that builds excellence, growth, and market leadership for all of the flagship Bumble, Inc. brands, including Bumble and Badoo.

The Global VP will be an analytical, inspirational leader with a track record of igniting growth for consumer tech or similar businesses by leveraging strong lifestyle brands and transforming organizations to deliver results. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Bumble, Inc.’s marketing strategies globally for its flagship brands to drive awareness of, demand for, and use of Bumble, Inc’s products and services.

This person will have experience bringing together organic marketing, product marketing, and growth marketing across chosen channels and maximizing ROI as they grow Bumble’s customer base and brand affinity. Partnering with executive and cross-functional leadership, including our internal creative studio, communications team, revenue team, and product team, they will ensure that all touchpoints are unified and resonant with target audiences, while upleveling tools, talent, and processes to deliver best in class strategies. Bumble’s GVP will be skilled at blending strategic brand building (with an emphasis on organic marketing) and media-savvy with the power of data, analytics, tools, and insights to inform breakthrough

What You’ll Do

  • Results Driven Marketing: Drive business growth and brand love through the use of both local and global insights and strategies. Employ a proactive, metric-focused mindset with the ability to diagnose problems, implement solutions, and optimize strategies using available data and levers.
  • Full Funnel Ownership: Take charge of the entire marketing funnel, overseeing global teams responsible for lead generation, brand marketing, and customer acquisition for multiple brands and initiatives. Manage growth, performance, CRM, ASO/SEO initiatives alongside content, community marketing, and social strategy, designing cohesive strategies and processes across these areas to maximize impact and efficiency, driving acquisition and retention. Oversee development of strategy, delivery and execution of global campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stewardship, Tools and Operations: Stewardship of global marketing budgets and KPIs, as well as leadership of the team and strong internal and external stakeholder communication. As a senior member of the Bumble leadership team you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, whilst developing, aligning and motivating your team. Evaluate, update, and implement marketing technology tools and platforms to ensure alignment with Bumble's objectives and efficient campaign execution. Engage and manage agencies as needed.
  • Growth Driver: Leverage marketing to grow and scale a consumer business. Lead significant growth through global expansion, brand extensions and new products. Lead international expansion efforts creating marketing strategy for entering into new markets.
  • Content and Creative Strategy Expertise: Collaborating with the VP of Global Creative, Brand Strategy Director and CMO, support development of creative work and brand positioning that inspires and connects on an emotional level and informs marketing plans. Develop and implement content and marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences across diverse platforms.
