Base pay range
- Develop and execute marketing programs that align with the firm's strategy across industries, solutions, and service lines in your market(s).
- Lead the planning and execution of regional, and Saas/Technology partner conferences, webinars, and events, including researching venues, negotiating contracts, and managing promotional activities within budgets and deadlines.
- Address potential problems during marketing activities and campaigns with a sense of urgency.
- Maintain positive relationships with technology partners and internal partners, understanding the nuances of each relationship and aligning partners' products and services with our marketing activities.
- Track and report marketing metrics to the marketing team, partners, and leadership to support business goals.
- Generate high-quality MQLs and drive brand preference through various marketing automation activities such as email, social organic and paid advertising, web marketing, and events.
- Ensure MQL distribution and follow-up.
- Consult with SaaS/Technology partners and SMEs to develop and execute co-branded marketing content and promotion plans for lead generation in cooperation with client service teams and technology partners.
- Stay abreast of market trends to drive topics for speaking engagements, client webinars, roundtables, podcasts, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Collaborate on the creative production of marketing assets, including graphic design, video production, and web development from the initial concept to the finished product and promotion.
- Ensure quality control of speaking events for Directors, Partners, and webcast presenters.
- Create event invites, marketing emails, and landing pages through our marketing automation platform. Utilize segmentation, tracking links, and forms.
- Keep a working knowledge of the complex needs of simultaneous events, activities, and Connor Group offerings.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to build consensus around ideas and plans
- Solid professional writing and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS, technology, and or/ finance marketing
- Previous SaaS B2B industry experience preferred but not required
- Proven track record managing and building relationships with SaaS/Technology ecosystem partners. Including executing co-branded events, webinars, and marketing materials
- Experience effectively running multiple events, campaigns, and projects simultaneously
- Experience owning marketing programs beyond the execution with full life-cycle project management: demand generation, sales enablement, partner enablement, content, analytics, lead management, etc.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships with SaaS/Technology industry partners and internal stakeholders to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approach
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency with HTML, Salesforce, and Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) preferred
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field preferred
- This job is remote with your choice to work in an office if you live near one.
- The work will be conducted primarily in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.
- Though not required, we’d love it if you’re close to one of our Western US offices in Lehi, UT or Reno, NV.
- Phoenix, Las Vegas, Orange County, San Diego, and Texas are also desirable locations.
- This job does involve infrequent travel (less than 10%)
