Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing successful Google Ads campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with our marketing strategists, designers, and web developers to create compelling ad campaigns that align with our clients’ business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to create high-converting landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad strategies.
Manage monthly ad spend budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PPC strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in using tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, and other PPC management software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
