Job Description

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will report to the Senior Art Director and play a crucial role in designing captivating graphics across multiple platforms. This includes collaborating with team members and contributing to our brand's overall visual strategy. We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses a strong sense of design aesthetics and a deep understanding of beauty marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, such as social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, etc.

- Create monthly Amazon activations including banners, promotional graphics, A+ content, PDP, and any enhanced brand contents.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create design solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.

- Translate complex ideas into clear and visually engaging designs.

- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints and platforms.

- Maintain consistency in design language and branding throughout various channels and materials.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are current and innovative.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role with an impressive portfolio.

Skills & Abilities:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) along with other relevant design software.

- Strong grasp of design principles including typography techniques,

color theory, and layout techniques

- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects effectively

- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach when working cross-functionally

- Great work ethic along with exceptional organizational skills

- Proactive communication skills

- Must be organized,detail-oriented,and resourceful

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles along with experience designing user-friendly digital experiences

Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
