What We Are Looking For

A skilled Graphic Designer with at least three (3) years of experience to join our in-house Marketing team. This role is instrumental in creating engaging designs that enhance our brand presence, support our patients, providers and clinics, and drive marketing initiatives. If you are passionate about design, have experience or interest in the healthcare field, and are highly motivated and detail oriented, we invite you to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Create branded marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital ads to promote dermatology services and products.
• Design engaging content for social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop visual assets for our website, including landing pages, banners, and infographics.
• Design educational materials for patients, including forms and guides.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align design projects with brand strategies and promotional goals.
• Work with vendor partners for print and production of materials.
• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and future use.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

It'll Help To Have/be

• Able to act as steward of Epiphany’s Brand Standards, educating staff and vendor partners as needed and applying branded assets to all designs.
• Passionate about creating new materials to reflect current services, promotions, and industry trends and capable of regularly updating existing materials.
• Comfortable incorporating feedback from the Marketing team and stakeholders to refine designs.
• To manage project timelines and deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
• Able to identify self-learning needs related to job description and seek out appropriate resources to achieve.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment to produce high-quality work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, following each through to completion.
• Able to proofread content and assist in department material reviews.
  
  

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field required.
• At least three (3) years of work experience with proven proficiency of the full Adobe Creative Suite required.
• At least one (1) year of experience of working with HTML and CSS highly preferred.
• At least one (1) year of video editing - preferred.
  
  

Work Environment And Physical Requirements

Administrative office may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
