We currently have 200 employees at the Cincinnati location.
General Position Summary
As a Graphic Designer at Eurostampa, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within tight deadlines and according to client specifications. This role involves collaborating effectively both within our company and with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production and fulfillment of orders for both internal and external customers.
- Oversee the entire print production process, including:
- Color matching.
- File management.
- Handling multiple projects at various development stages.
- Ordering necessary raw materials.
- Managing orders from confirmation through production to shipment.
- Ensure smooth transition from print prototype to pre-production, including
- Attending production feasibility meetings
- Creating prototype color standards for production consistency.
- Communicate customer expectations clearly and promptly to team members.
- Maintain ongoing liaison with customers throughout the process.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts efficiently.
- Track order milestones and deliverables accurately.
- Build and nurture business relationships that are essential to project success.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals and tasks as needed.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering (preferred but not required).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of printing production processes, raw materials, and equipment is highly desirable.
