THE ROLE

The Graphic Designer at GildedBox (“The Company”) is responsible for creating appealing designs and mockups based on given directions. You will also be creating print ready files for printing, laser engraving, and cutting of various products and packaging as directed by our Sales or Graphics team. This Position reports to our Lead Graphic Designer.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate innovative and visually appealing packaging & product designs that align with client requirements and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives to understand client needs and pitch design concepts that effectively communicate the value of our packaging solutions.
• Creating clean print ready files from images provided to us by the customer in a number of different formats
• Typesetting and providing proofs for customers’ orders
• Convert various file types into final art ready for printing

• Illustrator (Ninja)
• Photoshop (Pro)
• Indesign (Expert)

Note: Seasonal (4 month) remote position (40 hours per week) which can turn into full time hybrid position based in Greater Chicagoland Area.
