We are seeking an innovative and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to create visually engaging and innovative solutions. This role will involve creating and maintaining marketing materials, website content, and social media graphics to support our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design creative graphics and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, web pages, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro to create compelling design solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define requirements, conceptualize visuals, and create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate culture and goals.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and ensuring brand consistency.
- Review and enhance existing graphics, offering innovative design solutions and improvements.
- Work with SharePoint to organize and manage files, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure designs remain current and competitive.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in the Agriculture, Farming, or Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience in creating and managing marketing materials.
- Proficiency in SharePoint for file management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present concepts and designs to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field would be a plus.
