As a Graphic Designer, you will support the team with design work on various projects. You may be asked to create individual design elements for websites and applications. These may include characters, icons, illustrations, logos, brand identity, and more. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the company's leadership team and Sr. UX/UI Designers.

Portfolio to demonstrate relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• 3-4 yrs experience
• Ability to take initiative and contribute your design skills right away
• Ability to take ownership of understanding business requirements
• Ability to contribute to the culture of continuous experimentation – looking for opportunities to test designs with end users, synthesizing data, presenting findings and recommendations, finding qual/quant methods to evaluate their design
• Understanding of basic graphic design principles (typography, color, layout, composition)
• Team is using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Basic understanding of UX Design is a plus
• You must be self-motivated and proactive
• Positive attitude
