We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing designs that align with Picarro's brand identity. You will work closely with our Brand Manager to ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce a wide range of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, tradeshow displays, and web design elements.
Work with the Brand Manager to determine priorities, and ensure all designs are consistent with the Picarro brand.
Develop visually compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our message to target audiences.
Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and innovative ideas into designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Work with external vendors and agencies to produce print and digital materials as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
