Graphic Designer (Contract Role)

Champions is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help with various projects in a contracted position. The designer will be able to lead or participate in the development of the aesthetics, design, layout, logos, media, product artwork and marketing materials to enhance Champions products and overall company brand images within marketing. The designer will also contribute to the production of graphic designs from conception to delivery. The designer will provide recommendations for project execution, offer alternatives and creative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Present creative ideas effectively and be able to manage and implement feedback
• Perform quality control on all designs, ensuring creativity aligns with our brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency of design across various digital platforms, including responsive website and mobile layout
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Stay current on industry trends – keep the brand at the forefront of design, layout, and best practices
  
  
  

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design
• Expert knowledge in Abode creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and illustrator)
• Strong portfolio of digital design work that demonstrates expertise in production design
• Portfolio of related work required to apply for this position
• Ability take direction, effectively present work and respond positively to feedback
