Highly proficient Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CS5 and up) plus familiar with Mac;
Excellent website and UI design skills
Familiar with current online design trends and usablity
Designer’s knowledge of digital marketing assets: display banners, email campaigns etc.;
Video editing knowledge is a BIG plus
Liaison with Account Executives (and less frequently with clients or vendors);
Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the copywriter;
Present key visuals to account executives and clients;
Handle revisions and production oriented tasks;
Proactively familiarize yourself with clients’ products and services, target audience and their competitors’ activities;
Process all required copy and headlines in creatives;
Keep files and folders neat and organized;
Proofread your work to check any mistakes, spelling and grammar;
Keep up to date with client and industry news trends
Collaboration in new business pitches, along with other agency staff.
Proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to use initiative;
Excellent organizational skills (we have to be able to find your artwork on the server!);
Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, whilst paying attention to detail;
Ability to handle even challenging situations in a calm and professional manner

Passion for design and an understanding of what makes a good design;
