As the Graphics Designer/Graphics and Brand Designer at ASCENDING Inc., you will work closely with the Business Analysts, Application Architect, and other key stakeholders to lead the rebranding of the LWC website and documents. Your role will be critical in modernizing the visual identity of LWC, including redesigning the logo, photography, fonts, colors, typography, and other graphic elements in accordance with enterprise-level branding standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring the online presence of LWC is refreshed to reflect a contemporary and cohesive brand image, making use of your expertise in both web and print design. You should be highly proficient in translating ideas into visual concepts that align with business goals and create an engaging user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Application Architect, and team members to rebrand LWC’s website and supporting documents
Redesign and modernize visual elements including logo, fonts, colors, photography, typography, and other design components
Create a consistent and cohesive visual identity for LWC in accordance with enterprise branding standards
Ensure that all design elements align with the company’s brand guidelines and project goals
Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and intuitive designs for both online and print platforms
Stay up to date on the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work to keep LWC’s brand fresh and modern
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in website graphics and design
Expertise in brand development and rebranding projects
Strong proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software
Familiarity with enterprise-level branding standards and ability to apply these to various design projects
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in website and document design, with a focus on creating modern and cohesive brand identities
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on large-scale rebranding initiatives
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they apply to visual design
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design tools is a plus
